I took the top picture in Debbie's back yard after the sprinklers were on. I walked by the Gerber daisy's and saw the water droplets on the pedals and thought they looked so cool! I was playing on my photo program and changed it a round a bit and really liked it in black and white and purple.....yes....im a dork!

Nature Pics

This morning Travis and I went to a park with our bikes and rode about 10 miles. In the back we went to the nature center and walked for a while. We got to see some beautiful things but it ended with an attack bee stinging Travis and then turning on me. I was lucky and got away.

California visits Florida!!!

Last Sunday we were blessed to have Debbie (Travis' mom) and Tracie (Travis' Aunt) here from Cali. They enjoyed their time in Florida and took Madi Renee back with them Thursday morning to spend some time in California. The trip was too short and I only was able to take one day while they were here. Madison is having a blast on her trip so far and is heading to Disney Land on Monday. We will fly out Friday evening and stay for a week before we head back home.

Life Changing Realizations

I have been doing some soul searching with all that has gone on in my life in the past month. This picture I have grown to love and has made me realize a few things...

I have learned I need to be more patient...
I need to learn to not sweat the small stuff....
I want to not get angry over what is not in my control...
The love of a child is unending....
The freckle on Madi's face brings a smile to mine....
I need to be a better wife....
I long to be where family is....
I probably will not get to where I want to be in life but need to appreciate where I am now...
Everyday Madison inspires me to be a better person, wife and mother......
