Our day on Singer Island
Today was an awesome day spent on Singer Isalnd. We headed over there for a change of scenery and ate lunch at the Sailfish Marina. Grammy and Papa and I had taken Madison there when she was only a week old and I had not been back so I thought it would be nice. Lunch was fantastic and the Pina Colada was the best I have ever had....so I had two!! The water in the marina was crystal clear and there were tons of cajun jacks swimming everywhere. We got to watch one of the head boats that had come in clean thier catch and Travis bought Madison fish (shiners) to feed the jacks. We did run into some major issues when all the pellicans stared charging her. I tred to catch some pictures of her feeding the fish but she was screaming and runing the whole time! We did a little window shopping and then headed down the road to the south side of the island to walk along the jetties. Once we reached the beach we were pleasantly suprised by the amount of shells there were. Our pockets were stuffed with all the shells Madi needed to take with her. One lady was very nice and came over and gave her a nautalis shell the size of my palm that she had found. The water was freezing but it was a beautiful shade of blue. Today made us realize we need to slow down in life and go enjoy more days like these as a family.
Spending time with old friends
Valentines Day

Check out my heart!!
Hangin' with Dad
Thank You auntie Mar!!!!
Madison was very excited Thursday morning to go to school for her V-day party. She got to wear her new Valentine out fit that Mimi and Papa got her. SHe ended up COVERED in the food they served at school and she would not tell me anything about the party. I had to guess based on the evidence on her shirt. After I picked her up we headed off to eat dinner with Dad at the firestation. Madi had her first exposure to the old TV show "Emergency". SHe sat with her eyes glued to the TV for two episodes in a row......who knows...maybe this si a sign of things to come. I can see it now...Father and daughter FF/Paramedic team!!!
She also got another V-day package in the mail from Auntie Mar and it had a new Strawberry Shortcake puzzle and a fairy stamp set. She wsa very proud of herself fr finishing the puzzle. It was the biggest one yet. She did say "we do this puzzle very good together mom".....

House Party
Yesterday we had a house warming party finally!!!! After uploading pictures to the computer I realized I only have pictures of the kids and no adults....Oh well. The bottom picture is of a few of the kids blowing out candles after singing "Happy Valentine's Day to you". Madison knew we were having a party and said there needs to be a cake at every party with candles to blow out so we let her pick a small cake at Publix. We had a good turn out and not too much rain. We are truly blessed to have such wonderful friends to share our home with.

Movie Night
Friday night Lisa and I took the kids to go see a movie at our church. They had a "move on the lawn" and was showing Evan Almighty. The night was beautiful, we took blankets to lay on and the kids had a great time. Every time a song would start in the movie the two little ones would get up and start dancing.

Hanna Montana in 3D
Hanna Montana pose..
When is it going to start????
Hanna Montana and Miley Cyrus
Today we had a girls day and saw the Hanna Montana/Miley Cyrus 3D movie. The little ones had a blast and could not wait to get there. Many people dont know that Madi and Destiny Lee INSIST they are truly Miley (DL) and Hanna (Madi). Destiny Lee said today they were both Hanna Montana becasue they had the matching shirts. The movie was pretty neat and looked like you were right there on stage with her. All the kids had a great time singing along. I dont think I have ever heard that many girly screams in one place!!!!
